Our focus is aimed at encouraging people to get fitter, healthier, happier and make new friends through Nordic Walking.
As Nordic Walking is so diverse, our sessions are structured to suit all fitness levels which we hope you will find enjoyable and sociable, a great stress reliever and will also put a smile on your face.
By signing up to our 4 week Learn to Nordic Walk classes, you will learn the correct technique, using your full body. You will be lighter on your feet so there will be less pressure on your joints, and you will walk further in a shorter period of time than normal walking and burn more calories without even realising!
Come and try one of our free Taster Sessions and you will soon see, there is far more to Nordic Walking then just walking with poles!

Hi there we are Carol and Graham and have recently become instructors for Nordic Walking UK.
We both enjoy the great outdoors from walking to cycling and we were both sold on Nordic Walking before even trying it out! Why?
We very quickly became aware of how beneficial Nordic Walking would be to people and as we are all about physical, emotional and mental well being, we decided that we could encourage lifestyle changes by delivering Nordic Walking classes which will inspire others to join in because it’s such a fun way to get fit and make new friends.
